Shipping Information

Greenafricana offers shipping of most products ordered through our website to any destination in the UK and Europe.

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving the order.

All orders and products purchased in the UK are delivered direct to your home by Royal Mail Signed For Service or by courier.

Normal delivery time for UK orders is around 2-6 working days from ordering, with a small delivery fee for all UK orders.

Occasionally we offer special discounts on shipping to the U.K., this is for U.K. mainland only.

For all European orders there is a standard EUR 9,8 charge for shipping and orders can be shipped to most destinations throughout Europe.

Occasionally we offer special shipping options from EUR 1,75 to certains countries, please check at chekout in the delivery method section.

Please note that we will need to wait 30 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

Orders can generally be shipped to any destination throughout EU, but we do reserve the right to vet all orders before shipping occurs.
